Tara is the first point of contact for Eric's team and is responsible for client relations to address any questions a client may have, managing the office and business operations, coordinating workflow and schedules, and faciliating events and marketing.
Tara started with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in August of 2004 as a Financial Representative and joined our team in December of 2004. Prior to that, she spent 6 years with Dean Health Plan as an Account Manager within the Sales & Marketing division.
Tara received her Bachelor´s degree in Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. She holds her Securities Registrations and Wisconsin Life and Health Insurance License.
Tara lives in Madison with her husband Jeff and their three children, Colemen, Alexcia and Brock. Outside the office, she is an avid volleyball player and enjoys UW sporting events and hiking and camping with her family.

Dave is responsible for managing investment portfolios, conducting investment research, and updating financial plans for Eric’s clients.
Dave started in the financial services industry in 2000 with Merrill Lynch and joined our team in January, 2011. He received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Finance and Investment Banking and has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. He is fully licensed in Life/Health Insurance and also holds the Series 7 & 66 securities licenses.
Dave lives on the west side of Madison with his wife Ann, their daughter, Grace, and son, Nathan. Outside the office he is a volunteer high school hockey coach and enjoys playing soccer and downhill skiing.
